Steem-Engine上发行STO

今天登录Steem-Engine的时候，发现多了一个STO的选项，就好奇点进去看看是什么东西？


看介绍是说，通过Steem Engine的合法服务，合法的为你的币的项目筹集资金

币市割韭菜的手段陈出不穷，最早的ICO，然后IEO，再到现在STO，一个比一个高大上

ICO就是早期为币集资，和IPO一个原理

IEO是通过交易所集资。由于发现ICO在很多国家是不允许的，所有很多币选择通过交易所发行IEO来绕过。

STO是证券型通证发行，全称是Security Token Offer。这种发行方式是在合法合规的监管下进行的，风险也小。但是费用会贵，而且过程会相对来说会复杂。
