Recovered from cold for a month, but still cough a lot. From Chinese doctor's view point, cough is classified into many types. Probably mine is about "cold cough" which needs "warm type" of food to cure.
感冒好返成個月,但仲係咁咳。從中醫角度,咳分好多種。我應該係寒咳,要食番d味辛性溫ge野食:
e.g.
ginger (10g), leaf of beefsteak plant (5g), red sugar (10g). Put in hot water for around 10 minutes, drink frequently.
生薑絲10g、蘇葉(剪碎)5g、紅糖10g。滾水沖泡10分鐘,頻頻熱飲。
