这样啊...这么说，我用这个代码注册新号的话，官方是不会代理15steem power给新号的，必须我自己代理steem power给我建的这个新号，来维持它正常运行？

    對，所以理論上你的新帳號只會有1的steem power，voting weight也會比官方幫你創的帳號還要小
