深置人心的马尼菜炒米粉

炒米粉，应该是很普遍的食品，但是世界各地的炒米粉，各有特色。

在小编家长有一种炒米粉深置人心。谈不上美味佳肴，但是却能揪起不少人情感的。

那就是马尼菜炒米粉。

在华人赤手空拳下南洋，经济条件还未起家的年代，多半家的周边都会中这样的蔬菜。要炒米粉时，为了加料，就加入马尼菜来炒，发现口味也非常独特。

所以每当马尼菜炒米粉上桌，虽不是名贵菜肴，但是大家都不会拒绝。因为吃的不只是味道，还是过去对先辈的情感。

如果你到马来西亚来，希望你有机会品尝这道马尼菜炒米粉。因为不是随处都可以吃到的食物。
