材料:去皮绿豆300克,牛奶60克,糖60克,麦芽糖60克,黄油60克,蔓越莓100克
做法:蔓越莓切碎
去皮绿豆加双倍水浸泡一晚上。上蒸锅蒸1小时。蒸完的状态应该是一捏就碎的样子。
蒸好的绿豆放入粉碎机,加牛奶糖打碎,如果太稠打不了,就加水。
黄油放入热锅,化开。
加入打碎的绿豆炒,直至黄油全部融入绿豆泥中,加麦芽糖继续炒。
炒到绿豆泥成团不粘锅子,基本就好了。
炒好的绿豆泥放温,混入切碎的蔓越莓,分成35克一坨。
用月饼模压成你喜欢的样子。
放冰箱冷藏以后再吃口感更好。
