忽發奇想，想逐一試一下被旅遊雜誌/網紅吹捧的食店，特別是要排隊才能進的店，以前我很抗拒排隊進網紅店的，總覺得人氣是炒作。這次看看有幾家真的與別不同，有幾家只是營銷賣廣告。在去波記之前確有有失敗例子，就不提了。拿好的出來說，這家車胎人推薦的確是值得推薦的一家真・與別不同・燒味店。那天在午飯時間前已經到達，也要排差不多10分鐘的隊（之後的繁忙時間隊伍更長）。燒肉已經賣完（燒鵝燒鴨燒肉都是賣完即止的），點了圖中的燒鵝飯 ($48)，皮脆肉嫩，據說是自家制的香料粉也很適中，有淡淡的香料味，又不會搶過燒鵝的味道。大推。
