Yes, in Fribourg they speak mainly French. Fribourg is also known all over the world for its university. In French-speaking Switzerland you can discover many beautiful places such as Gruyères or Montreux on Lake Geneva.

I`m pretty sure they should have life guards at a decent standard as well.
With all the health and safety at workplaces nowadays I hope those life guards would still be able to save someone if they fell into cold icy waters?
