I am celebrating the Spring Festival with my girlfriend, Lillian, in her hometown, Dalian. I got to meet her family and we had a good time.
我和我的女朋友丽莲一起在她的家乡大连庆祝春节。 我见她的家人了，我们玩得很开心。
During Chinese New Year, you can hear fireworks popping throughout the whole night! If you are a light sleeper, then expect yourself to be up all night because all you hear is constant crackling and popping no matter how late!
在农历新年期间，你可以听到整个晚上都会爆出烟花！ 如果你是一个轻便的睡眠者，你睡不着，因为你听到的所有烟花都太吵了，并且不管多晚！

Lots of fireworks, feasts, family reunions, "Red Packets" (a red envelope with money in it given to family members), dumplings, and gift giving!
