Finally the authentic Chinese style spicy crawfish arrived in New York City! Went to try this cute new restaurant right after it's opened and it's simply perfect :-)

It is 15:00 pm here in Morocco. and I just had my launch less than 30 min ago.

the world of steemit is more interesting, I can connect with all friends around the world, with a very different culture, in my place (indonesia) food like this almost nothing (except maybe in expensive restaurants). at least now I enjoy it through photos

Looks delish! In the southern states of USA there's a similar dish - called "Low Country Boil". Look it up. It looks similar to this and is totally delish! I highly recommend it. Especially with cajun spices.

Seafood is delicious and healthy at the same time! Imagine you'd add some rice to the dish, then it would look like a Spanish paella! Enjoy your meal.

I hate to break the news to you........but Chinese people don't eat crawfish or at least the Chinese in China. That's why all the frozen crawfish you see in the US market are from China. The Chinese sell the crawfish to the US because they don't think it is worth eating.
You may have American born Chinese eating this because of its popularity but Chinese from China don't eat crawfish.
hmm I actually saw lots of ppl in China eat that :-) It's indeed one of the most popular street food post-dinner :-)
I live in Borneo , where we can easily get the crawfish at certain season,of course, and it is surely a delicious food, although some thoughts that it has the same taste like lobster,shrimp or prawns, which is not.
