女孩们的家庭聚会 海鲜趴！

我们自己买的小龙虾和大闸蟹，还有蛏子，蛏子要放在水里吐沙，小龙虾要用牙刷清洁。至于大闸蟹是个技术活，我朋友的做法是把后壳扒开，然后切成两半沾面粉先炸一下，再放火锅底料大火炒，就是香辣蟹了。对了，我们用的调料就是火锅底料，简单方便。

好友在爆炒香辣蟹的时候还放了点啤酒，剩下的被她自己喝了。

锡纸里包的是烤兔腿，买的兔腿然后腌好放冰箱里再放烤箱里烤，肉很嫩又很紧实。
