Is your Byteball Steem attestation bot stuck? byteball的Steem認證機器人不動

A few days ago I tried to use the Steem attestation bot on Byteball to link my byteball wallet to my Steem account. Unfortunately, the bot did not respond. Every time I opened up Byteball and tried to open up the bot, it will still be blank.

最近我想把Steem的帳戶連到Byteball的帳號時，竟然Steem認證機器人動不了。每次打開Byteball錢包，再打開Steem attestation bot機器人都沒反應。

Then I found out that in order to fix the problem, i had to close the bot first, before opening it again. To close the bot, you need to:

然後我找到了解決辦法。就是要先把機器人關掉，然後再開一個新的。要關掉機器人請看以下圖。

Click Chat
Click Contacts
Click Remove a device.
Click the rubbish bin next to the broken Steem attestation bot.

Once you have done that, open up the Steem attestation bot again from the Bot store and it should work!　Good luck :)
