That looks amazing! We have very few Ramen places in Oklahoma. But, when we were in Chicago, there was a great Ramen place in China Town. They had something called Hell Ramen, which was very spicy, If you could eat the large, level 4, you got a free t shirt. I wimped out and went for the two which was excellent. Anyway, this looks much more sophisticated than most of the ramen we get here in the states. Beautiful imagery, well written post. Made me want to go down the Asian market and pick up ingredients!
