are you using luceferine/ lucefrase couple to gett the glow

The photo are not taken by me and i had credited them.
These are fluorescent microscopy which is taken with fluorescent dye (chemical small molecules) but not luciferin. Luciferin only give one emission(color) so it is impossible to give such colorful image.

Yes. Chemist develop tools for biologist, and the field of chemical biology is expanding, and even some university have a department of chemical biology.
