当初万达电影号称大笔并购是为了打造产业链闭环，如今却成了盈利负累.

2020年1月20日，万达电影（002739.SZ）发布2019年业绩预告，预计归属上市公司股东净利润为亏损33-45亿元，主要原因是公司拟计提商誉减值准备45 -55亿元。

计提商誉减值,一般出现在公司溢价收购之后，行情不好，收购来的资产就面临减值，就需要从公司利润中扣减贬值部分，这常导致公司账面巨亏。

当天股市收盘，万达电影跌停(-10%)，1月21日收盘，继续下跌1.32%。

有投资人怀疑万达电影存在管理问题，使业绩预告消息提前泄露，致股价下跌，使自己受损。

这个怀疑,很合理啊.不受领导待见后,连万达王子都成了老赖,老王这残局不太好收拾.
