I have no intention to be critical or skeptical about the noodle nor do I have intention to criticise your post. Rather, I hope to constructively discuss food experiences.

Is this Hokkaido style ramen tuned to HKers' liking? To my understanding, Hokkaido style ramen is supposed to be thick in broth and intensively strong in flavour.
