Today I would like to share a raw beef broth in Vietnam restaurant in APM. It is very popular in the food shop, especially recently from a lot of Japan and South Korea from the ramen and fried chicken shop, but from Vietnam is the first time to hear. So i decided to try it today.

係香港有好多日式和韓式餐廳, 但係越南餐廳就比較小吧, 見到APM有間出名既越式餐廳開左冇耐, 所以決定今日排隊去試下。

主食以不同款色的牛肉湯河為主，另外有兩次三款小食如米紙卷和蝦餅，最後還有特別的越南飲品。
Staple food with different colors of beef soup River, another two times the three snacks such as rice paper rolls and shrimp cake, and finally there are special Vietnamese drinks.
左至右分別為是拉差辣醬，海鮮醬和魚露。

食落湯味道清甜, 沒有太重味精, 牛腩同牛丸都唔錯, 牛丸又香又彈, 值得推介!
Not too heavy MSG, beef belly with cattle balls are not wrong, cattle balls and incense and bombs, it is 凡highly recommended!
