欧洲议会高票通过外国投资审查法案

欧洲议会以500票同意、49票反对、56票弃权的压倒性票数，通过立法，严格审查对“战略行业”的投资与收购。根据该法案，欧盟国将就外资收购案互通信息，欧盟委员会将参与咨询外资直接在欧盟成员国范围内的投资案。

如果投资案存有安全威胁，可能将被禁止。涉及的行业包括半导体、通讯、基础交通设施等。欧盟委员会将会对投资案提出意见，不过欧盟国家仍可自行决定是否批准外国投资。
