作为一枚非标准小吃货,我在英国做的最多的事情,就是半夜翻看朋友们发的美食朋友圈而陷入深深的自虐且无法自拔。
春有各种山间菌菇野菜,夏有麻辣小龙虾,秋有黄油蟹大闸蟹,冬有炖冬笋。
现在正是吃冬笋的季节,可惜在美国时候还可以买罐装笋解解馋,在英国是真的物资匮乏了,中餐厅都吃遍了,水准都在及格线徘徊,意大利餐法餐吃多了明显食欲下降,到最后微波炉叮个三文治也就饱了,果腹而已。
想起小时候的春节去外婆家,外面下着雪,外婆用那种小炭炉咕噜噜地炖着牛肉与冬笋,揭开锅,热气腾腾香味四溢。一家人围坐在桌前,温馨热闹,温暖极了。
从江浙一带,向南延续到老徽州,直至闽北,笋是一种乡愁,虽然我并不算真正的南方人,但它却也是我记忆里一抹难以忘却的,远方的家的味道。
