Duran Mille Crepe | 榴莲千层蛋糕

I decided to have some sweets late night after a movie so I walked in a small dessert shop. The shop was closing at the moment, but the owner couple served me kind and warm.

The duran mille crepe I had sounds great, but appearantly it is not fully thawed: the texture of duran is not smooth, and lack of the special aroma of duran. Plus I would only call it a duran cake rather than mille crepe, as I would expect more layers.


晚上看完电影以后我想吃点甜品,就去了电影院旁已经在打烊的榴莲甜品店,点了一份榴莲千层蛋糕。说实话是比较失望的,因为竟然会犯蛋糕没有充分化冻的错误,因此榴莲层吃着还有冰碴子。而且举距离千层蛋糕有点距离,就是最普通的蛋糕。

一边吃我一边想,这么小的甜品铺显然不具备自己做蛋糕的场地和设备,所以只能采购冰冻成品化冻,我在下单的时候就应该想到这一点,然后点个榴莲西米露就好了。

記得小時候不敢吃榴槤,長大之後不知怎麼的就敢了,還越吃越喜歡xD
