Sashimi Rice Bowl can be regarded as a simpler variation of sushi: the rice is stirred with vinegar same as sushi, soy-sauce and wasabi is necessary when mixing the bowl. It is luxury comfort food, when Japanese people feel like having something better than a regular beef bowl, they will go for a sashimi bowl.
喜欢吃生鱼片配醋米饭的除了寿司以外，更简单满足的吃法是一碗盛满各式生鱼片和海鲜的盖饭。米饭和寿司用的米饭是一样的，在煮熟以后用醋拌过。跟寿司不同的是米饭是温的会把鱼片稍微烘的温一点所以拌在一起吃的话比冰冰凉的寿司更合我的胃口。可能今天因为拍照拍得太多，导致餐厅领班比较紧张，过来问了好几次我对于这餐饭的看法和意见，问我有没有让他们需要改进的地方说还要汇报店长，说店长非常重视顾客的意见，搞的我最后吃饭压力好大@@@

这家的套餐内容很丰富而且价格良心，所以饭点人满为患。桌上挖了洞可以把圆形部分拿起来吃炭火烤肉。

日本米飯最好吃了！軟軟黏黏的很有嚼勁。圖片顏色鮮豔，茶碗蒸看到很好吃呢！
日本用的米和电饭锅都很讲究，所以米饭特别有弹性，我妈差点要背个电饭锅，幸好被我及时阻止了。。。
