Yesterday, my wife's company organized a "world expo health run" activity in Expo park. As a family member, I was also invited to this event. Every year, there will be some companies located in expo park organizing healthy running activities. Thanks to beautiful scenery of Yangtze river, it has attracted a lot of people to participate. This event is divided into competition group and non-competition group, my wife and I took part in non-competition group activities, most participants took their children with them, in order to enjoy the family atmosphere in this event. we have saw so many parent-child group.
昨天周日，老婆公司组织了一次“世博健康跑”活动，作为家属，我也有幸参加了一次这个活动。每年上海世博园区都会有相关公司组织健康跑活动，得益于世博园区美丽的滨江景色，总会吸引了很多人参加，这次活动也不例外。健康跑分为比赛组和非比赛组，我和老婆参加了非比赛组的活动，非比赛组大多都是亲子组，很多小朋友都来参加。
Lupu bridge is dramatic in this shiny day. It is a pity that we didn't take camera, I could only take some photos by my phone.
眼前的卢浦大桥，天气晴朗，衬托着整个大桥也非常气派。很可惜没带相机，只能用手机拍一拍了。
In the running path, we could see both sides with the golden leaves, showing the deep autumn in Shanghai.
跑步的小径，两旁树木金黄的树叶，很有秋天的气息。
It would be very comfortable to live here and have some running everyday. But considering the high price of houses, forget about it, haha.
要是住在这边，每天跑跑步，还是很舒服的。想想这块的房价，还是洗洗睡吧 ^^
what attracted me most is the scenery of Yangtze river. You could see rows of buildings and passing ships, with an open vision.
黄浦江景，看看对岸，让人豁然开朗。
It was a pier in our side, we could see the busy crowd under the mast, that is the terminal point of this event.
我们这一侧是一个码头，可以看到热闹的人群，那是终点集合地。
In general, it was a good experience.I hope to participate more frequently in such activities in the future, thank you!
