這一段時間「身心靈」都相當累，很多時候在想「為甚麼會這麼忙碌? 真的有需要嗎?」

常會想「為了生活而工作。」但慢慢卻因工作而失去生活，這一刻，自己覺得實在不太值得。留在家裡，陪陪家人，更有價值。
