動手做護膚品 ---玫瑰果護膚乳霜---rosehip moisture cream for face and body diy

寫這篇文章是希望能夠跟大家分享手作護膚品的好處。
事緣在上年我的臉出現了嚴重的過敏，
過敏的原因竟是因為平日使用的面霜成分不純，加上化妝品，就更雪上加霜，
那時便開始了研究手製護膚品了。

That is very easy for us to make our own moisture cream, first of all,
you need two cups and one spoon which can be heated.You also need a cream case.
Then I will use alcohol to make disinfection of my hands and the cups, spoon and case.

手製護膚乳霜的方法非常簡單，首先需要兩個可以加熱的杯子、一個盒子及小湯匙，
然後請先用酒精為自己的雙手和所有器具消毒。

Ingredients:

Rose hip oil---- 3g
Neroli floral water---17g
Organic olive emulsifying Wax --- 1/2 spoon
Vitamin E---1-2 pieces
Essential oil --- Lavander --- 2 drops
Essential oil --- Rosewood --- 1 drop
(You can change other essential oil which is suitable for you, but please aware of how much you can use)

Rose hip oil and vitamin E can protect our skin from aging.

材料:

玫瑰果油 --- 3g
橙花花水--- 17g
有機橄欖乳化蠟---1/2 匙
維他命e --- 1-2顆
薰衣草精油---2滴
花梨木精油---1滴
(可以自行換上適合自己的精油，但請小心用量)

玫瑰果油和維生素E可以保護我們的皮膚免於老化。

First, put the wax and the oil into one cup,
and then put the floral water to the other cup.

首先，請將乳化蠟及油放進同一杯子內，
然後量好花水放入另一杯子內。

Then, put two cups into a pot that was filled with some water,
heat the two cups in the same time and stop heating when the temperature is reached to 70 degree Celsius.
You will see all the wax will melt.

接著將兩個杯子放入一個已注入水的鍋加熱至攝氏七十度。
這時乳化蠟會完全融化。

Then, take the cup of floral water, add into the cup of oil slowly.
When you adding the floral water into the oil, please keep stirring.

然後請一點點的把花水加入油中，加入的同時請不斷攪拌。

When the temperature down to 50 degree Celsius, please add the vitamin E.

當溫度降至攝氏五十度時，請加入維他命E.

Just keep stirring, and then you will discover the cream will be done!

就這樣耐心地攪拌，你會發現乳霜便漸漸完成了!

And the last, please add the essential oil and stir again.

最後只要加入精油再攪拌便完成了!

It is very easy to make and healthy to us and the earth.
However, it is essential to use quickly because there is no preservative.
If you have sensitive skin, it is better to try on hands first.
