Today's spot/今日亮点：
夏天也可以吃火锅吗？我给的答案是：当然可以。在7、8月份，在北半球大部分地方都是酷暑的时候，伦敦却时常给你来个冷门，气温低到13、14度，你就会觉得全身凉爽，届时再给你来点阵雨，雨洒在你身上沁透衣服，再大风一吹，你就会觉得冷，来点火锅取暖最实在了。
今天给大家分享个伦敦吃泡菜火锅的地方。这个地方每次去都是排队的人比吃饭的人还多，但是其实我觉得店主有点故意要显示出餐厅生意火的意思，明明这家店有两层楼，却总是只开放一层楼，里面总共只有7、8个桌子，不排队才怪呢。
不过排队是次要的，总之食物还是好吃的。
稠酒，每次来必点的。
几盘小菜，餐前赠送的。
酸甜口味的辣虾，味道很不错，就是这个酸味让人越吃越饿。
泡菜饼也不错。
在重头戏出场前，先把炉子上好了。这个玄米茶非常好喝。
主角上场，泡菜火锅，锅底的料足足的，就是锅子好浅，感觉食物快要溢出来。
慢慢的看着这些生猪肉变熟，里面还有豆腐，蘑菇，火腿和方便面，当然泡菜锅不能少的就是泡菜。
泡菜味的方便面一下子就让我想起辛拉面了。
火锅吃起来热气腾腾，整个屋子好像开了暖气。
最后这个烤肉也是每次必点的。
还有粉丝白菜，好像也是每次必点的。

@twinkledrop I've said it before and I'll say it again. Your posts remind me so much of Hong Kong! Hot pot was so amazing! Had it on so many occasions and I just love that it's a friends and family dining experience. Tastes so much better after all the flavors get mixed in with the broth too :P
