高速公路食飯記|Dining along the Expressway

隨著國內的基礎建設越來越好，高速公路的覆蓋範圍也都越來越廣泛。不單止城市之內的高速公路，城市與城市之間、什至城市與鄉郊之間的高速公路也都很好的建築了起來。想當年，大概十多年前吧，如果我要回我的老家，我是要坐那種卧鋪的大巴，坐上兩日一夜才能到逹。期間還要經過那些繞著山邊的小路，還記得以前坐在車上，從車窗往外看就會看到旁邊的懸崖，常常擔心會整輛車掉了下去。

As the basic infrastructure of China becoming better and better, the coverage of the expressways also become better and better. Not only the expressways inside the city, but also for city to city, city to the countryside, the expressways almost connect everywhere with China nowadays. I still remember, around 10 years ago, when I have to go back to my home town, I have to take those sleeper buses and take around 2 days for the ride. During the ride, the bus will pass though those small road built along the mountain. I still remember, when I look down over the windows, I can see the cliff next to me. I always afraid that the bus will crash down to the cliff accidentally.

可是現在有了高速公路，一切都變方便了。道路十分平坦而且寛闊，坐也坐得舒服，而且大概只要4、5個小時左右就可以到老家了。不得不讓我感嘆國家的基礎建設的確做得越來越好，這的確是一件利民生的大事情。但這次我寫這個帖子的原因，重點卻並不是高速公路，而是在一家飯店。

When we have expressways now, everything become much more convenient. The road is wide and flat, we can sit comfortably. And it only takes me around 4 to 5 hours to get me back to my home town. I have to say the expressways is really a good basic infrastructure when benefit the people a lot. However, the reason I wrote this post it not main because of expressways, but a restaurant I visited.

話說上星期因為一些事情要回老家去，所以就趁著星期五下班後就趕到了深圳。搭上親戚的車子後，就馬上的開往高速公路的方向，這就開始了我的高速之旅。我們先開進水官高速，再經過沈海高速，然後就開上了長深高速。然後，我就受不住了，因為我都已經坐了快要兩個小時，坐得要累死了。還有，肚子實在太餓了，所以我就強烈的要求要先食個晚飯。

The story began on week that I have to back to my home town for some reason. So, I go to ShenZhen on Friday after my work. And I jumped on a car belongs to my relative and we started to drive towards the expressways direction, and my expressway trip began. We first drove to Shuiguan Expressway, and pass through Shenhai Expressway, and drove on Changshen Expressway. And then I can’t bare anymore, as I was too tried because of sitting and I was too hungry. So I suggest to have a dinner first.

所以，我們最後就在義合出口那邊出了高速公路，然後就選了這間飯店坐下了─江邊河鮮館。
So, we finally we go to the Yihe exit, and choose this restaurant─江邊河鮮館 (I cannot find the English of it, sorry about it.)

為什麼選這一間飯店？因為近！義合的高速出口一出就可以看到這間飯店了。問了一下才知道是一家客家菜館，所以就馬上進去了。而店裏的裝潢算是十分簡單的那種，水泥地、木天花、木椅子。

Why I choose this restaurant? As it is the nearest one, you can see this restaurant just after you exit the expressway. And when I ask more about the restaurant I know it is a Hakka restaurant, so I decided to have my dinner here. And you can see that the decoration of the restaurant is very simple, concrete floor, wooden ceiling, and wooden chair.

可是這飯店也有貼心的地方啊，你看一看，有小童椅子呢！

But this restaurant is kind of thoughtful, you see, it have high chair!

小吃是黃泥花生，聽說是這個地方的出名小吃。是挺好吃的，但怕熱氣，所以不敢吃太多了。而第一道上的菜是腐竹豆腐煲，挺清淡的，不錯。

The snack is yellow peanuts; it seems to be a famous snack here. But I am afraid I will be sick if I have it too much. And the first dish on the table is Yuba Tofu Pot. The taste is quite fresh, not bad!

而要看一家飯店是不是正宗的客家菜館，就要看它的飯碗。因為正宗的客家菜必須是用這種“乞兒兜” 來煮飯的，而這家飯店大概是合格了！

And when you have to judge whether a restaurant is a Hakka restaurant, you have to see the bowl for holding the rice. As Hakka’s rice mush use this kind of “beggar bowl” to hold it, and this restaurant pass this standard.

而為什麼我要特意寫這間飯店呢？就是因為這道菜：白灼河鰻。這河鰻真的十分好吃，肉質十分彈牙，十分肥美的，但是絶對不會油膩。我不確定是不是野生的，但我確定十分好吃就是了。我一個人大概吃了半碟。

Why I have to write about this restaurant? Because of this dish: boiled river eel. This eel is really delicious, the meat is al dente and the meat is so tasty, but you won’t feel greasy. I ate almost half of the dish by my own.

其餘的菜有炒蕃薯葉，跟河鰻骨煲蘿蔔絲湯，也是挺不錯的。說真的我其實一直也認為高速公路旁邊所開的飯店都不會怎麼樣，反正客人都是趕路的，飯店也不會怎麼在意煮得是否好吃。可是這一間飯店真的讓我有點改觀了。所以，要是大家要在這沒完沒了的高速公路上吃飯的話，我是很推介這間飯店的。

For the other dishes is fried sweet potato leaves, and eel soup, it also taste good. To be honest, I always think that the restaurant along the expressway would not be so good, as everyone just going on their trip and the restaurant will not really care the quality of their dishes. But this restaurant really gave me surprise. So, next time if you are riding on the expressway, you may consider this restaurant to have your meal.

食飽後又要繼續趕路，再往梅龍高速前進了。最後我多坐了大概三個小時左右才到老家，坐得屁股也有點痛了。所以，高速公路雖然很好，是大家也不要忘記在休息站下車走走，讓自己休息一下啦。

After the dinner, I have to continue my trip, and drove to Meilong Expressway. And finally I have sat for almost 3 more hours to arrive my home town. And my butt started to feel painful after this. So, remember to get off the car to take a rest if you pass through those rest point on the road.
