This is the Chinese Version of the Steem Whitepaper (Aug '17 edition) that I just finished translating today.

各位！《Steem白皮書》中文版終於完成翻譯了！
若不是大敢接下翻譯工作，我對這份文件的閱讀大概也不可能會這麼仔細吧。
這個閱讀與翻譯過程是愉快的，尤其是邊讀邊對照著這幾個月下來在平台上的體驗，許多想法就會不斷冒現出來。
我建議大家一讀。尤其是剛加入平台不久，對這個平台背後的理念還不太熟悉的朋友。這份文件並沒有我們想像中的那麼技術性，是相當好懂的文章。（如果還是覺得難懂，那或許是我翻譯得不夠好 XD）
文件講述的是Steem區塊鏈所依循的理念，並且闡述這個系統想要創造的是怎麼樣的一個網絡。
Steem，或Steemit，當然不是無懈可擊的。但無可否認的是，這是一個非常具有革命性的實驗。
有時候，我都差點忘記了。
在這裡混了半年，對這裡的一切運作，無論是系統或人，都已經有了一定的熟悉感。要不是在這個時候閱讀這份白皮書，還真的差點忘記了，原來這個地方是有多麼的了不起。
一個「建立於區塊鏈的獎勵性公共內容平台」。我真的差點忘了它為這個世界解決了多少問題——或至少可以這麼說：它為這許多問題給出了巧妙的觀點、靈感，以及解決的可能性。
可不是嗎？小額支付的問題、內容價值「變現」的問題——在Steemit之前，從來沒有出現過這樣的解法。
甚至從感性面來說，讀著還真的有一種，啊，我現在在這裡，參與這個了不起的實驗，真好，的感覺。
當然，我們也知道這個「遊樂場」並不完美，還有許多有待改進的地方。沒有人知道明天會怎麼。
但這一切真的很讓人期待。
關於白皮書，請從以下鏈結下載。這是繁體中文版的譯文。至於簡體中文版， @klausv587 已答應以這個譯文為基礎，修飾成更符合中國大陸用語的簡體中文版。請大家再耐心等候一下，應該不用太久，就有簡體版出爐了。
這是在很短的時間內完成的翻譯，而且內容中也有一部分是超出我的知識範圍的東西，雖然我已經盡我所能向他人請教、或進行資料查證，但難免還是會有錯漏的地方。所以，歡迎任何回饋意見。
