Lelaki Penikmat Kopi #9 | A Coffee Lover Man
DALAM tiga hari ini saya selalu memesan Secangkir Sanger Espresso di Rumoh Kupi atau DUL Coffee. Dua Warkop yang sering saya singgahi dalam tiga hari terakhir. Memang, rasa cinta saya pada rasa Sanger Espresso belum sebanding dengan apa yang saya berikan kepada Black Espresso. Namun, nikmatnya Sanger Espresso setidaknya telah membuat hati ini terbagi. Ah, perasaan saya seperti sedang menemukan cinta baru, ya?!
Sanger Espresso diracik dengan mengkombinasikan biji Kopi Arabica Gayo dan Susu. Persentasenya adalah 6 biji Kopi ditambahi 2 sendok susu. Kira-kira proses racikannya demikian menurut salah seorang Barista bahenol yang bekerja di DUL Coffee.
Dan bila rekan-rekan Steemian ingin mencoba kenikmatan Sanger Espresso di DUL Coffee yang diracik seorang Barista wanita yang bahenol tadi, datang saja ke DUL Coffee Bireuen yang letaknya di Jalan Kuala Radja persis di hadapan SMP Negeri 1 Bireuen. Saya sudah pernah ulas tentang DUL Coffee dalam Serial Steemit dan Warung Kopi.
