Drinking fat for breakfast changed my life. Unfortutely I'm allergic to coffee, so I use cocoa powder instead. The key ingredient is actually the MCT Oils from Coconut, not so much the butter, because they put you into Ketosis instantly with very little effort by your liver.
Vegans can make this work for them by replacing the butter with normal coconut oil, but you'll still need to add MCTs separately for the instant ketosis effect.
