I'm at #1, with no kind of creamer. In theory, I might like a creamer based on almond or coconut milk, yet I've never tried one, because coffee without creamer tastes fine to me. I do use various types of sweetener.
How do you feel about cold brewed coffee? Chameleon in central Texas makes it with fantastic flavor, yet it takes them twenty-something hours to produce a batch. Theirs is the only coffee I can enjoy without any sweetener — and even to theirs I usually add a little — about a sixth as much as I add to other coffees.
