Interesting! I have tried to freeze my beans and I felt they lasted longer. But I never really understood if it was better to grind them frozen or let them defrost. How you do it yourself?

For a home use, it's highy recommened to grind after re-frost. ^^

Thanks! I have basically switch to buying only 250g bags which will last for max a week. But should definitely try to freeze different beans to have several blends to choose from.
