Seorang pekerja wanita sedang memilih dan memisahkan biji kopi ( green bean), masing-masing biji kopi di klasifikasikan kedalam berbagai grade dari yang tertinggi 1 hingga grade 5. Kopi gayo terkenal karena cita rasanya, terutama yang berjenis Arabica. Nilai jual kopi Gayo dipasar internasional sangatlah tinggi dan menjadi favorit karena cita rasanya yang khas dan nikmat.
