Not exactly t-shirt weather out just yet, but I can still sit outside on my deck with my coffee & flip flops on, close my eyes & pretend the snow is all gone. (Of course, most of my deck is now thankfully snow free, but our entire yard is still covered in a couple feet of that fluffy - now icy - white stuff).
In a few short weeks, we head out onto the road for our road trip to British Columbia & while it's not far from home, it's still far enough & will be a lot warmer & greener than where we are now. Just gotta keep trucking along until it's travel time. I love home, but I also love travelling. Especially road trips. There's something so sweet about taking your time & taking in the sights.
How does everyone else cope with the long winters??? What is your fav way to travel?
