Latte's art came in the third wave of coffee in the 90s
At the hands of pioneers Luigi Lupi and David Schomer.
These characters that remained in the story were those that started with this art in the café that later became a trend.

Thanks to them all the baristas have learned their techniques and their designs to create infinities of lattes arts.
It takes time to learn, the most important thing is to have a lot of patience and practice every day with hard work.
