오늘의 첫잔은 아프리카의 대표적인 커피 '탄자니아AA' 싱글오리진 입니다.
첫 맛은 묵직하고 끝 맛은 달면서 깔끔하게 목넘김이 좋아서 자꾸 손이 갑니다.
가을, 겨울엔 따뜻하게 마시면 너무 좋고요, 여름엔 아이스커피로 제격입니다.
저는 요즘 클레버 드리퍼를 자주 이용하는데 사용방법이 간편하고 세척도 편리해서 입니다.
일반 드립 추출 가끔 해야 감각을 잃지 않는데 귀차니즘때문에 큰일이네요:)
오늘도 미세먼지 때문에 외출은 자제하고 집에서 쉴려고 합니다.
