WHAT IS COFFEE ?

The coffee is than coverted in many forms such as instant powder, coffee extract and is also sold raw in the form of beans. Generally the bevrage is served hot but iced coffee is also a favoured alternative.

  • Turkey: Turkish Coffee
  • United States: Iced Coffee

  • Saudi Arabia: Al-Qahwa
  • Ireland: Irish Coffee
  • Mexico: Café de Olla
  • Ethiopia: Buna
  • Greece: Frappé
  • Vietnam: Egg Coffee

    Coffee isextracted from the plant of coffea but its colour is not intially black but green so let's see what is green coffee....

Green coffee beans is the unroasted coffee which is currently world's most popular weight loss supplyment and than too in a healthy way these beans accommodate substance called Chlorogenic Acid, which is believed to be responsible for the weight loss effects. Chlorogenic acid converts glucose in energy and we burn more fat. This acid is in higher amount than in the black coffee so it helps in fast weight loss.

DISTINCTION BETWEEN GREEN AND BLACK COFFEE ???

The main difference between green and black coffee is only the amount of chlorogenic acid and caffine. The difference is that in black coffee due to the roasting the amount of caffine is increased and amount of chlorogenic is decreased so this results in less weight loss and diversely on the other hand green coffee containing less amount of caffine and chlorogenic acid in high amount result in more fast weight loss.

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SIDE EFFECTS ???

So As every cloud has a silver lining black and green coffee both have some good and bad effects on our body. So lets first throw light towards the side effects of black and green coffee. Coffee containing caffeine can cause :-

  • Insomnia
  • Nervousness
  • Restlessness
  • Stomach upset
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting increased and heart breathing rate etc. Consuming coffee in a bulk might also cause headache, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats and many more. And some good effects are:-
  • helps to fight against diabities
  • prevants you from liver damage
  • helps you stay away from cancer
  • helps you loose weight ( more in green coffee)
  • keeps you away from high blood pressure

Now to give a termination we must consider coffee as a daily need so either you have any black or green coffee you must have it in a limited amount and do not overdose it and sometime even consider a sbustitude such as tea.
