Egg, butter and XCT coffee!

Here is my basic morning coffee.

ingredients,
coffee
XCT oil 2-3 teaspoons
grassfed butter
1 egg yolk
Vanilla powder 1 teaspoon
(this may sound disgusting to some but you will be pleasantly surprised)

The benefits:
concentration
energy boost
alertness
brain repair
weight loss
healthy fats
and tonnes more

time to make it 5 minutes max

below the finished product;
A a high fat frothy, delicious iced coffee to keep you alert and full all morning

How to make it, basically throw all the ingredients stated in a blender and blend!

However, trying to blend ice with butter will solidify the butter
and
trying to blend egg with hot coffee will cook the egg
(We don't want either)

soo...
To avoid this make a hot coffee as normal
throw butter, XCT, oil, vanilla and the hot coffee in the blender and blend for about 20 seconds depending on how powerful your blender is and then put in a handful of ice and 1 egg yolk and blend again.

oh here is the butter i used try to use Kerry gold but if you're in a country like me that doesn't sell it look for a good garss fed butter with a nice deep orange colour to the butter, a good smell and creamy taste!

i was sleepy this morn and made this mistake. But I still drank it and made another!

Below the finished coffee! the frothy layer comes from the butter and you can not taste the egg yolk!

this is just my basic morning coffee sometimes I will add some pine pollen or salt etc which i will show you in the future
