In this presentation I want to show two gold coins. 2 of the ruble in 1726 during the reign of the Empress Catherine 1. And the Chervonets (10 rubles) 1749 during the reign of Empress Elizabeth. Both coins are very rare,especially in such high grade,as shown on the photo.
1) Coin 2 roubles of 1726. On the obverse the portrait of the Empress Catherine 1. Gold. Weight 6.8 g. In the condition of MS-63 and above are very rare. Estimated cost $ 8.000-10.000

2)Coin Chervonets (10 rubles) 1749. "Andreevskiy". Without designation of nominal value. The obverse portrait of Empress Elizabeth 1. Gold. 3,74 g. A rare coin in this condition (Proof 64). The estimated value of $20.000

These coins more than 250 years. The dust of ages lies on them. But they are all as beautiful as in the day when I first left the Mint!
