Sizlere çok basit ve lezzetli üstelik çok kısa sürede pişen bir kurabiye tarifi vereceğim. Mutlaka denemelisiniz.
Malzemeler;
-Mısır nişastası 400gr
-3 Yumurta
-1 çay bardağı pudra şekeri
-1/2 kabartma tozu
-250gr tereyagı veya margarin
Yapılışı:
Yoğurma kabına tereyağı, yumurta sarıları, kabartma tozu ve pudra şekeri ilave edilir ve yoğurulur.Ardından nişasta eklenir, yoğurmaya devam edilir. Yumuşak bir hamur elde edene kadar yoğurmalısınız. Hamurunuzdan ceviz büyüklüğünde bezeler yapıp yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine dizin. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 10 dakika pişirin. Şimdiden deneyeceklere afiyet olsun.
