RE: The Old Dog Experiences: Skin Tightening and Tingling After A Frigid Mountain Water Swim.

What a beautiful water fall. I don't think anyone could be able to stop themselves from swimming in such a beautiful place. It looks like such a celestial heavenly place but I guess looks can be deceiving at times.

10-15c in water is absolutely freezing however I didn't realise how lethal it could be. It seems like before I take a dip anywhere I should take some sort of preliminary test to make sure I'm not going to be jumping into my own death.

I'm glad having a high body fat is able to be a positive thing. Most people deem it as something repulsive but I don't mind what shape people are but it seems like (some of) society seem to prefer slim bodied people.

I guess I should 'wear' my fat with pride as it may help save my life in cold waters. I always tell myself I need to get in shape and that is seen from my old 'health' posts that I used to do ages ago but I've embraced who I am now. Thank you for this really captivating post @kus-knee
