Yes ! Mexico has gained a very bad media presence with the drug problems and for example the draining of oil from the pipes, that tranprot the oil They call it the black drug market, or something like that. It is really profitable as well. I don't think there is a solution to a problem so wide-spread. Maybe only some kind of critical government action can make a change.
