Hello there my fellow Steemians,
Sharing now is this plant called Malunggay or Moringa my contribution for #ColorChallenge #ThursdayGreen hosted by the lovely @kalemandra.
Its tree is called horse raddish tree.
Malunggay is high on nutritions like potassium, calcium, protein, vitamin a, and vitamin c. That's why it's widely used in herbal medicine for lots of illnesses and of course in cooking. They even invented these malunggay rice (a rice with dried malunggay leaves) and malunggay pandesal (bread).
