No Smoking
As a smoker, I myself feel that these things do not affect me at all. Yes, I realize that smoking is a health hazard. The problem is I WILL NOT STOP smoking. Many friends or people around me, or maybe the readers, who think or think "yes already in-want dong, most guns less". It's not that simple. From the data I get, the effort to reduce cigarettes in most smokers has a yoyo effect, a similar effect to the effects of diet failure. Smokers reduce and try to hold back, then at some point, they feel they can not stand it, and end up smoking again, even with more "doses" than before. Even some people say that hypnotherapy is only a temporary way out.
The people who managed to quit smoking were mostly not through that way, but decided to stop, at that moment, at that moment. Generally the decision is accompanied by critical incidents, either positive (marriage, childbirth, birth of grandchildren, etc.) or negative (trauma, loss of loved ones, etc.).
