It's not that often that a garden tomato is perfect..inside and out. I regret that I didn't take a picture of this beauty before I cut it, so you'll just have to take my word for it.
Did I mention that it is sitting on a dinner plate?
Not really, but it "was" a big one and it helped to provide several BLT sandwiches for lunch!

Haha, I haven't heard that one. It's either feast or famine with these. Wait so long for them, eat too many, start to get used to them, then they're gone!
