Dangerous wolfs not allowed. If you are a wolf and dangerous please go away.

Yes, I tend to take these signs very literally :)
I think it means "Dog is prohibited here". No dog is allow here.
True when you take it literally. I like to take it literally to - from the opposite direction. I don't like prohibition signs ;)

There are no manuals for being a witness after the first steps and sometimes things go awry and take time to resolve. That's why the top witnesses pay to have backup servers that they can switch to. I am now just about making enough payouts from the server to pay for a backup too, so I'll do that when I get time in the near future.
