Ingredients

500 gr (3 pieces) gindara steak
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 teaspoon of roasted sesame for sprinkling
Step
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil. Let stand 30 minutes. Add the garlic. Stir well
Bake the fish over a winged nonstick skillet that has been heated over medium heat and given a little butter until slightly crusted. Turn over and bake until cooked
Serve gindara baked with a sprinkle of roasted sesame and complementary.
