I know it's a tiny spinach. You know friend @iodin there are many vitamins in this leafy vegetable. Many vitamins have a "A" of the amount. "A" vitamins are very useful for Eyes.

This is not spinach.It has a very large leaf.
I eat all of its roots,stems and leaves.Its colocasia.
