cheese on bread is one of the most unhealthy things to eat, eat them separate no problem but the same moment, it has to use to much elements to digest. the jam will be a bom in calories, and when cooked long, no vitamines left in the fruit. Porridge many will say no, because it is made with milk, but i feel like milk still has loads of goods, and the oats, are very good as you have to work intensively because it is a slow sugar, when you eat your fruit first, the fruit will be oke, because it produces the right stomach acids in the bottom of the stomach to make your food digest quick. Doe you eat it after your porridge it is bad again, because you put fruit on a warm paste in the stomach where it is the right temperature for yea sting and already digesting without you can have any benefit of it. you might think ; WHAT ??? i will soften my words with saying, i would not care i would thoroughly enjoy that anyway :-) i am hungry at the moment and it really looks scrummy
