Dear Steemies, today is yellow, WednesdayYellow!
Yellow is the most common color of the flowers. Why? Because yellow is very conspicuous and flashy for the pollinating insects like bees. And the petals very often reflects ultraviolet light as well. I sometimes experience when my yellow flower photos are going spoiled because the bright yellows (and reds) burn out. My camera can see that i can't. Bees can also see UV light. Bees see flowers are luring shining lamps in the field and flowers indicate they are full of nectar.
