Roses at the Gardens
Yesterday I visited a local Botanical Garden to walk around and see what was still in bloom and snap a few pictures while I was at it.
Here are a few of my favorite shots of a couple yellow roses that I'd like to present for the Wednesday Yellow #colorchallenge initiated by @kalemandra.

Nice color! I bet they smell wonderful, too. I still think you would have a blast with the 100mm macro.
We're supposed to get snow tomorrow. No roses here!
I never use my 50mm macro...waiting for some $$$ to spare to grab a better macro!

I picked the 100mm macro up used for $300. It focuses fast and the f/2.8 is even nice for portraits! The L version has stabilization, but costs double.
