ColorChallenge & TreeTuesday - Orange rocks, a lonely tree and an abandoned house

Back in a summer vacation, I found rocks could be naturally painted in orange

When water is rich in iron, it's possible to see things getting orange, in this photo it's a rock on Ribeira Grande stream.

Lonely tree

Usually, I don't like lonely trees, but this was Acacia melanoxylon a tremendous invasive tree, and it was the only one I found. Hope someone had already cut it before it spreads!
It would be a shame if the stream got covered with this tree, wouldn't it?!

The abandoned house

While walking next to the stream we also found this abandoned house, the place is so picturesque, isn't it?!

I could be posting this separately, but those photos were shot during the same walk, they must be together.

This is my first submission to @kalemandra #ColorChallenge: TuesdayOrange and a simultaneous submission to TreeTuesday launched by @old-guy-photos, which it's a great idea to share some of our most special trees photos or short stories!
